Our books are readily available for auditing and our goal is to keep a record of every accounting transactions made. We are open to new ideas and ideology that work in line with our vision, mission and objectives.
As the Interns Association of Zambia, we are doing everything we can to ensure that the program benefits graduates, interns, and the community. Our internship programs have the added benefit of encouraging social interaction among the community of job seekers, interns, and graduates in order to connect them with companies and assist them in submitting successful applications. Keeping those professional and personal connections strong might come in handy in a variety of situations. As a result, through youth active involvement programs, the association will present all activities aimed at delivering professional growth, skill enhancement, entrepreneurial mindset development, and community development.
The Interns Association of Zambia intends to engage diverse youths in the community in order to raise awareness about interns and internship programs. There are many youths who have no idea what an internship is or how to get one. The purpose of this awareness program is to inform people about the value of doing an internship and obtaining experience before applying for their ideal job.
Our skill center program aims to give underprivileged and financially challenged people access to trade courses. The purpose is to provide youths with the skills they need to work and to reduce the number of unemployed and inactive youth in the community. Bricklaying, carpentry, metal fabrication, and plumbing are just a few of the courses given at the training center.
Getting out of your comfort zone can be difficult at first, but it is an excellent driver for progress. We give professional development both before and after your program begins. The program's resources help you prepare for your internship before you start, make the most of the experience while you're there, and then successfully leverage that experience in interviews with potential employers. You will feel totally prepared to enter the world as a global citizen and a potential industry leader after completing our program.
We seek to promote social change on a national basis, and our activities include, but are not limited to, environmental, social, advocacy, and human rights activity.
